Mr. Stanfield has over 25 years of experience in mineral exploration and project development with a strong focus on strategic project planning, indigenous consultation and agreements, as well as regulatory engagement. Recent projects included successfully leading the environmental assessments, indigenous/regulatory consultation and permitting programs for both the Rainy River and Magino gold mines.

Mr. Duras is a senior executive with over 25 years of experience working in the resource sector in corporate development, financial management, cost control positions, and spearheaded large corporate transactions and financings. He’s held the position of Chief Financial Officer at several publicly traded companies.

Rodney Barber 

Professional Geologist P.Geo with over 35 years experience in exploration and mining . Currently Senior VP Exploration for Northern Superior Resources.

Previously employed as the Geology Superintendent at Barrick-Hemlo, Ontario, responsible for underground and open pit geology and grade control, plus mine site exploration/definition; added 4.5 M oz of gold reserves .

John Kim Bell

Mr. Bell is one of the most decorated Indigenous leaders in Canada, and an internationally recognized cultural leader and activist in First Nation resource development and environmental matters. His impressive career, spanning across arts, philanthropy and the corporate world, led him toward numerous energy and mining development projects where he represented both First Nations and corporations alike. Notably, he was the leader of Indigenous Affairs for Brookfield Renewable Energy, Glencore, Hatch, and seated on several high-profile boards, including the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC).

Mr. Medilek is a mining professional with 18 years of mining capital markets, corporate strategy and technical operating experience.

He is currently the President and COO of K92 Mining Inc. and was previously an equity research analyst with Macquarie Group Limited, mining investment banker with Cormark Securities Inc., and mining engineer with Barrick Gold Corporation.

Tom Gallo

Tom Gallo has over 10 years of experience in the mining industry as a Project Geologist, Research Analyst and Mining Executive. Presently, Mr. Gallo is Senior Vice President, Growth at Calibre Mining a multi jurisdictional growing gold producer with over 250,000oz of annual gold production. Mr. Gallo oversees the global exploration effort and inorganic growth strategy. Prior to joining the Calibre team, Mr.Gallo was Vice President Equity Research at Canaccord Genuity, where he covered a variety of small cap mining companies in the precious metal sector. In 2020 Mr.Gallo was ranked in the top five Canadian equity analysts by TipRanks Market Research. Prior to becoming a top ranked mining analyst, he worked with what was then known as St. Andrews Goldfields (now Agnico Eagle Mining), where Mr.Gallo held various roles in the geology group, focused primarily on the Holt/Holloway mines. He and his team were responsible for the delineation of over 1Moz of gold resources in all categories. Mr.Gallo holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Western Ontario.
